How to verify a purchase from the official VGR website?
To protect the rights of both customers and the company, proof of purchase is provided through a photo of the shipping label on the outer packaging (flyer), or by providing the order number registered on our website, or a screenshot of it.
Can I use any charger head to charge the device?
Please be careful not to use charger heads other than the one with the power specified on the device box, which is usually 2A, as this may damage the battery and the device’s circuit board.
How long does it take to deliver orders?
Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days at most, excluding Fridays.
Note: Orders are not handed over to the shipping company until confirmed by customer service. Orders placed after 5 PM Egypt time are counted from the next day for the mentioned delivery timeframe. Orders with unclear addresses, such as missing the area, city, or district within the governorate, will not be processed.
What payment methods are currently available?
