We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate the return, you can contact us at hello@vgrofficial-eg.com if the return is accepted, we will send you the return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and correct the problem.

Video to take the product out of its box. All side images of outer and inner packaging c. Photos of the delivered product where the damage problem should be clearly visible d. Condition of the package at the time of delivery (intact or torn)

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item
The buyer must cover the shipping costs in the following cases
- Return products for any reason other than a proven defect.
- Returns items that claim to have defects but were found through vgrofficialegypt quality control to be in working condition.
