Exchange and Return Policy

14-Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

. If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damaged Items:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and correct it.

Note: Customers must file a complaint within 2 days of delivery via email hello@vgrofficial-eg.com

or by contacting us/WhatsApp at 01550904058 with the following details:

A. Video of removing the product from its box.

B. Photos of all sides of the outer and inner packaging.

C. Photos of the delivered product showing the damage clearly.

D. Condition of the packaging at the time of delivery (intact or torn).

Exchanges:

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Buyer Shipping Responsibility:

The buyer must cover shipping costs in the following cases:

Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect.

Returning items claimed to be defective but found by VGR Official Egypt quality control to be in working condition.

Refund Methods:

Since cash on delivery is currently available as a payment method, refunds will be issued via Vodafone Cash or any electronic wallet.
