How can I prove my purchase from the official VGR website?

In order to protect the rights of both customers and the company, proof of purchase must be provided in the form of a photo of the shipping label on the outer packaging (flyer) or by providing the order number registered on our website or a screenshot thereof.

Please be careful not to use charger heads with a power rating other than that stated on the machine's packaging, which is usually 2 amps, as this may damage the battery and the machine's circuit board.

All orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days, excluding Fridays.

Please note that orders are not sent to the shipping company until they have been confirmed by customer service. Orders placed after 5 p.m. Egypt time will be counted as orders placed on the following day in the aforementioned shipping period. Orders with unclear addresses, such as those that do not specify the region, city, or district of the governorate, will not be processed.

We currently offer cash on delivery, as well as electronic payment methods through a confirmation message from the Bosta shipping company.
