How do I prove that I made a purchase from the official VGR website?
To protect the rights of both customers and the company, proof of purchase must be provided in the form of a photo of the shipping label on the outer packaging (flyer) or by providing the order number registered on our website or a screenshot of it.
Did you use any charger to charge the device?
Please be careful not to use charger heads with a different power rating than that specified on the device’s packaging, which is typically 1 amp, 5 volts, as this can damage the battery and the device’s circuit board.
How long does it take to deliver orders?
Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days, excluding Fridays.
Note: Orders are not sent to the shipping company until confirmed by customer service. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Egypt time will be counted as part of the next day’s orders within the aforementioned shipping timeframe. Additionally, orders with unclear addresses—such as those lacking the region, city, or district within the governorate—will not be processed.
What payment methods do you currently accept?
We currently offer cash on delivery, as well as payment via electronic payment methods through the shipping confirmation message from Bosta.
Do you offer product maintenance?
