How do I prove that I made a purchase from the official VGR website?
To protect the rights of both customers and the company, proof of purchase must be provided in the form of a photo of the shipping label on the outer packaging (flyer) or by providing the order number registered on our website or a screenshot of it.
Did you use any charger to charge the device?
Please be careful not to use charger heads with a different power rating than that specified on the device’s packaging, which is typically 1 amp and 5 volts, as this can damage the battery and the device’s circuit board.
How long does it take to deliver orders?
Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days, excluding Fridays. You can track your shipment status through the Bosta shipping company.
Note: Orders are not sent to the shipping company until confirmed by customer service. Orders placed after 5:00 PM Egypt time will be counted as part of the next day’s shipments within the previously mentioned shipping timeframe.
