The official VGR website supports delivery to all areas of the Arab Republic of Egypt, except for a very limited number of locations.

Processing Time and Delivery Time

Order Processing Time:

Under any circumstances, we will ship within one business day. If your product cannot be delivered within 2-3 business days, you will see our delivery time notice on the product page before purchase.

Order Delivery Time:

Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days, excluding Fridays. Depending on the product you purchased and your location, we will ship your goods accordingly. Please note that orders placed on our website before 2 PM are considered for the next day since Bosta’s pickup begins from 2 PM.

Order Cancellation or Change:

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate order changes as much as possible before confirming shipment. Some changes may delay shipping. We cannot accommodate changes or cancellations for custom orders and/or orders that have already been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please contact us to arrange a return once the shipment is received.
